Hitstreet Records/Shortler Studios Refund Policy: 1. Refunds can be requested 10 days prior to scheduled work commencement date. 2. Refund Request must be by registered mail delivered to: Mike Schettler 11905 E 10th Ave. Spokane Wa. 99206 3. Work being conducted on a project basis is not entitled to a refund if project is cancelled by artist or if more than 15 hours have been used toword completing said project. This time includes but is not exclusive to, studio time, consulting, recording, editing or any activity related to said project.
